Shipping Policy

Shipping cost (which CHAKRADHARI will incur for both ways) will be deducted in the following cases:

• Normally It takes 10 - 15 days to deliver the product to customer.
• Incorrect or outdated delivery address, incorrect address format
• After 3 failed delivery attempts by the logistics company
• Package refused by recipient
• No refunds will be given in the following cases:
• Products returned after use
• Products arrived to CHAKRADHARI office in damaged condition when customer opts to courier by themselves
• Package has been lost in transit when customer opts to courier by themselves
