Dakshinavarti Shell
The Dakshinavarti Shankh is one of the most auspicious conch shells that are used in Pujas and Homas. It is known by many names, some of which are Lakshmi Shankh, Valampuri Shankh, Dakhinabarti Shankh, Right-handed Shankh and daxina varti shankh. The unique feature of the Dakshinavarti conch or the Valampuri conch is that it’s the opening of this shell is in the right. Other conch shells usually have the opening on the left but it has opened on the right side. Hence it is also called as the right-handed conch shell.Every kind of evil is destroyed from the place where clean water is sprinkled in the southern conch shell. No upper power can exert its influence.In some auspicious time, after anointing the Dakshinavarti conch with Gangajal, Goghrit, raw milk, honey, jaggery etc., place it on a red cloth seat in your place of worship, this will keep Lakshmi's permanent abode.

दक्षिणावर्ती शंख
दक्षिणावर्ती शंख पूजा और होम में उपयोग किए जाने वाले सबसे शुभ शंखों में से एक है। इसे कई नामों से जाना जाता है, जिनमें से कुछ लक्ष्मी शंख, वलमपुरी शंख, दक्षिणावर्ती शंख, दाहिने हाथ वाले शंख और दक्षिणावर्ती शंख हैं। दक्षिणावर्ती शंख या वलमपुरी शंख की अनूठी विशेषता यह है कि इस शंख का उद्घाटन दाईं ओर होता है। अन्य शंखों में आमतौर पर बाईं ओर उद्घाटन होता है लेकिन यह दाईं ओर खुला होता है। इसलिए इसे दाहिनी ओर का शंख भी कहा जाता है। दक्षिणवर्ती शंख में स्वच्छ जल भरकर जिस स्थान पर छिड़का जाता है, वहां से हर तरह की बुराई का नाश होता है। किसी भी तरह की ऊपरी शक्ति अपना प्रभाव नहीं जमा पाती। किसी शुभ मुहूर्त में दक्षिणावर्ती शंख को गंगाजल, गोघृत, कच्चा दूध, मधु, गुड़ आदि से अभिषेक करके अपने पूजा स्थल में लाल कपड़े के आसन पर स्थापित कर लीजिए, इससे लक्ष्मी का चिर स्थायी वास बना रहेगा।
प्रतिदिन इस मंत्र का कम से कम पांच बार जाप करें-
